AMRAP 

This stands for as many reps or rounds as possible. This is generally a set timer and you will continue to move through different exercise for that time.

EMOM 

This stands for every minute on the minute. You will be required to compete a certain amount of reps within a minute. 

Circuits 

A circuit is a group of exercises performed consecutively. 

Strength 

Strength training is the amount of force your body can produce against an external load such as a barbell or a dumbbell.
